I finally did it!! I created a blog and this is my very first entry. Its taken me months to get the courage and the time to accomplish just the small feat of opening the account, creating a name and theme, and deciding on the content. 

Our birds nest is for the homemaker, the housewife and the crafter. I hope to inspire other wives and moms with my ideas, and look forward to sharing recipes, crafts, and little tid-bits from my life.
